What we collect

• When you order: name, phone, email, delivery address or office, the contents and amount of the order, and your note if you wrote one.
• Technical: the IP address when an order is sent (to prevent abuse), kept temporarily.

We have no accounts or profiles. We do not collect card details.

Why we process it

• To fulfil your order — Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
• To meet accounting and tax obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• To answer a question you ask us — our legitimate interest in serving you.

Who we share it with

• The courier (Econt) — name, phone, address or office and the cash-on-delivery amount.
• The warehouse system of the group to which the seller belongs and from whose warehouse the orders are fulfilled — the order data needed for packing, the waybill, cash on delivery and the invoice.
• The hosting and email providers we use to run the shop.

We do not sell data or give it to advertising networks.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Correspondence is kept for up to 1 year after your last message.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. Write to us at [email protected]. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
