A plain brown box or envelope. No shop name, no logo, no pictures or labels. Products are packed so they cannot be felt or heard rattling.

The waybill

The sender of the parcel is “ARFA ES EOOD”. The contents field says nothing that hints at what is inside. The courier only sees a name, phone number, address and the amount to collect.

The website
