Penis Pumps

A penis pump fits over the penis with a cylinder and uses a manual or automatic system to create suction. This temporarily draws more blood into the area and can give a firmer, fuller look during intimate play. You will also find hydro pumps for use with water, plus models with vibration or attachments for extra stimulation.

When choosing, consider the cylinder length and width, the pumping method, suction control and how well the seal fits against the body. Common materials include ABS, silicone, TPE and polycarbonate. Brands in this category may include Bathmate, ToyJoy and Jimmyjane.

Use a water-based lubricant to help create a comfortable seal and start with gentle suction. Build the vacuum gradually and stop if you feel pain, numbness or strong discomfort. If you use a cock ring as well, do not wear it for too long at a time.
